QT per AmigaOS4 in lavorazione

Questo progetto sembra procedere a gonfie vle...

Una volta tanto "sembra" che qualcosa proceda spedito su AmigaOS...

Incrociamo le dita(e tutto il resto!)

Qui sarebbe da portare anche in Mos questo QT per dare il via a port
importanti vedi OpenOffice.
Qualcuno se la sente di buttare l'idea al Mos Team magari a Fabien.
Visto che Fabien ha già collaborato con programmatori OS4.

Il sorgente è aperto e fruibile per cui chiunque, volendo può collaborare in qualsiasi momento, bisogna vedere se c'è la volontà però, ho l'impressione che gli sviluppatori MorphOS siano più propensi a mantenersi su MUI, almeno al momento

This is the very first alpha version of Qt v.4.7 for AmigaOS 4 native.

This is the user archive. This archive contains the libraries
required to run Qt apps under AmiCygnix on AmigaOS 4. If you
intend to develop software using Qt, you should download the
sources from sourceforge and build your own environment.
Sorry, no sdk available yet.

For things still missing, see the MISSING STUFF section below.

If you get it working, I would appreciate if you send me an
email! Similarly if it for some reason doesn't work out for you.

1) unpack the whole package to wherever you like.

2) add the following lines to your s:user-startup:

;BEGIN qt
assign qt: <your path>
assign sobjs: sys:sobjs
assign sobjs: qt:lib ADD
;END qt

3) reboot your machine

... and you're set!

Ottima notizia, speriamo che continuino a lavorarci sopra per renderlo
stabile e definitivo almeno dopo è possibile portare Open Office più
velocemente da quanto ho capito visto che esiste la versione QT per Linux.

la versione pubblicata é, come detto nel readme file, una alpha alpha release, giusto per mostare i progressi fatti dal programmatore nel lavoro di port, cmq é bello vedere che in poco tempo, questo ragazzo ha fatto veramente tanto e c'e' d'aspettarsi del buono per la release finale secondo me

Se ci sarà una versione finale, non nel senso che non lo finisce ma che considerando tutta la roba di QT e le implicazioni possibili questo è un progetto che può mantenersi per anni, non necessariamente da parte di un singolo programmatore

- Fixing of graphics errors where possible
