I will make a decission in the next weeks (before christams) how to make
HD-Rec
public.

A tracker is a frequently requested feature. I have this already on my todo
list.
I am just wondering how to integrate this. I thought about using this just
as another
view to the MIDI data like the Notator. But it brings a lot of inconsistency
with it,
because a tracker can not handle all stuff that the MIDI Notator can handle.
Would be a horizantal scrolling tracker be ok ? This would be easier,
because
I would only do the musical notes in tracker view and all the Controller
data etc.
as normal midi stuff.
Tracker for samples is not the concept of HD-Rec. For playback you use
a softsynth plugin like the sweeper. This is much more powerful like using
Samples direcly in a tracker.
If you use HD-Rec for audio, you should have 1GHz+ Amithlon or WinUAE,
otherwise it is too slow for realtime.
Ciao,
