AmiLion è progettata per AmiKit XE che aggiunge le funzionalità di Rabbit Hole al programma, ma funziona bene anche su AfA One (vedi screenshot) ma anche su OS3 RTG espansi e AROS One 68k, tra i requisisti un Emulatore Amiga, un Browser installato su Amiga e predefinito tramite OperURL e un Browser Host predefinito.
