Ecco il primo:
1) The Natami team grew stronger.
We are welcoming: Alex Perez, Andrew Hebdon, Keith Matthews, and Ricky Jones to the team.
2) Thomas got the first batches of 68060 CPU-Cards a week ago.
3) We made some progress on the software libraries for the 3Dcore.
Features that were done:
1# clipping - some nice progress here.
2# camera - a basic 3D camera system for moving around the scene.
3# refactoring - there's been some general re-writing of code so that other changes will be easier to make in the future.
4) We rewrote parts of the 68050 instruction decoder.
Reason was to make the 68050 code easier to read, easier to understand, and easier to maintain. This will help other people to contribute to the core.
5) We started adding a Branch acceleration unit to the 68050.
This unit does recognize the following instructions:
BRA.b BRA.w. BRA.l, BSR.b, BSR.w, BSR.l
It will automagically adjusts the PC flow accordingly .
The goal was to reduce branch related pipeline bubbles.
6) We created several logos and images for the upcoming 68050 release.
7) Jens did work and preparation for the upcoming 68050 simulator release.
